We are looking for a customer centric, Private Client Advisor to join our core team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer first professional, who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle personal insurance leads provided to you by Summit
- Prospect and produce business from network, our current commercial book and beyond
- Be the point of contact for large enterprise personal lines programs
- Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements
- Work alongside team members to market leads to a variety of carriers
- Persistently engage leads to convert requests for insurance into customers
- Offer continuous support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless client experience in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each clients risk profile and help clients with any questions
- Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve overall customer experience
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance products offerings over time
- This position requires a sales oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and ability to close.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 2 license, RIBO licence is an asset
- 3-4 years experience min. in an insurance sales role. High Value personal lines experience required.
- Passion for Insurance
- Persistence and motivation to meet set targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
- Independent, Self Motivated, Ambitious and Competitive individual able to thrive in a fast pace environment
